TMZ reports the Suits actress' half-sister Samantha, who has MS and requires a wheelchair, is dealing with a possible broken ankle and fractured knee after a confrontation with paparazzi.

Mark says he swerved the vehicle to avoid the photographers but hit a concrete barrier, causing Samantha to hit the car's windshield before falling to the floor. He swerved to the left in an attempt to avoid him and hit a concrete barrier in the process.

"He drove Samantha to the E.R. where doctors are treating her".

Additionally, Samantha says England's new princess-to-be has no legislative right to keep her quiet on matters pertaining to her, their father or items alike, stating: "If it's about my life or my father's, there's something in this country called freedom of speech". Thomas changed his tune again, later claiming he wanted to be "part of history" at Meghan's wedding, but then told TMZ he was undergoing heart surgery on May 16 and wouldn't make it to the nuptials outside of London.

Meghan Markle's media-hungry half-sister has no intention of being silenced, as she continues to dominate the week before Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry with interviews, pronouncements and the puppetting of their shared father.

It is thought that Samantha was with her boyfriend at the time who was driving. After the sketchy situation was exposed, Thomas pulled out of walking Meghan down the aisle at her wedding.

Her foot was "twisted backward" in the process.

She said on ITV's Loose Women on Monday: "I have to say, I'm not taking it personally".

Samantha and Meghan's father Thomas announced on Monday night he wouldn't be attending the wedding, after he was accused of working with a photography agency on staged paparazzi shots. "You have been trashing her for two years, you little vulture!"

"And how do you defend yourself when there's no evidence, there's nothing beyond the created social label that creates the public emotional swell and when it gets that big it's overwhelming", Samantha added.
