Priced at Rs. 44,990, the handset is expected to be launched on December 18 exclusively via Amazon India. This is the version of the company's latest flagship smartphone that comes with 128GB of built-in storage, double the space of the "vanilla" V30. Furthermore, LG is also offering a one-time screen replacement and a wireless charger worth Rs 3000 along with the device. On the storage front, the device offers 128GB of internal memory which is further expandable up to 2TB with a microSD card slot.
The phone has dual camera setup where the primary camera is of 16 megapixels with f/1.6-aperture, tone LED flash, Laser autofocus, OIS, EIS and PDAF and the secondary sensor is of 13 megapixels with f/1.9 aperture and 120-degree wide-angle lens. For selfies, this phone has 5MP Wide Angle camera with F2.2 aperture and 90 degree field of view.
The LG V30+ boasts of a metal 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is IP68 certified, and water and dust resistant.
The camera also has been evolved, LG V30+ features a 16MP standard lens shooter and a 13MP wide angle lens for smoother and sharp images.
- LG is touting the V30+' rear camera system as the world's first camera system to ship with an aperture of f/1.6 which should technically entail in outstanding low light photography. It features 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC which is driven by ESS Technology's SABRE ES9218P. Fingerprint sensor is ergonomically placed at the rear. It is running on Android 7.0 Nougat that is customized with LG's UX 6.0 proprietary software. The smartphone also features a powerful video capture capability called Cine Video Mode.
Battery: The V30+ is backed by a 3,300mAh battery and supports both fast and wireless charging. The connectivity features on board the LG smartphone are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, NFC, GPS and USB Type-C. It will be available in color choices like Aurora Black and Cloud Silver.
