Arsenal return to action this coming weekend, following the internationalbreak, though Arsene Wenger will most certainly have something to say on the matter that a string of senior defenders have returned from their respective countries with injuries.
Mustafi suffered the muscle problem while on worldwide duty with Germany against Azerbaijan as the holders secured their place at the 2018 World Cup on the back of 10 straight qualifying wins in Group C.
"We lost Mustafi for about four to six weeks and I don't think he'll be available before the next global break", Wenger said in his pre-match press conference.
Wenger has confirmed that the 25-year-old will be out for between a month and six weeks, meaning he could make his return in the north London derby against Tottenham following the final global break of 2017. Secondly, Germany had already qualified so I didn't expect him to be out injured as the games would be less intense.
"Kolasinac is a minor problem, a hip problem".
Koscielny has won 19 aerial duels for Arsenal this season.
"Yes, I have. I think about sorting out the problem, but overall I will completely decide what I do tomorrow because Koscielny will have a test then". At the moment he is not available. "We will assess Sanchez when he comes back, I watched the Brazil game and he got some special treatment in that game". He trained on his own and the first signs are positive.
"It was a very physical game".
Silva said: "Tomorrow we will do the first session after he's back this afternoon".
Chambers has only played one game this season, in the EFL Cup against Doncaster, but has just been given a new deal by Wenger. The player looks happy.
