With the help of Jay-Z - Ryan Gosling kicked off the latest season of "Saturday Night Live" last night.

For the second take, the La La actor revealed that he'll be hosting tomorrow's night show with musical guest Jay Z, before reminding How that he saw him at Coachella. In one of Saturday Night Live's most popular sketches, Ryan Gosling, Kate McKinnon, and Cecily Strong each portray victims of alien abduction.

After going live across the country for the first time a year ago, "SNL" is sticking with the formula.

Last season the series experienced some of its highest ratings in more than two decades thanks to jokes aimed at the White House.

President Trump (still played by Alec Baldwin, 59, despite talk that Baldwin might abandon the role) has done tremendous work for jazz.

The 36-year-old actor and 43-year-old actress made a rare public appearance as a couple at a Saturday Night Live after-party at TAO nightclub in Manhattan, according to People.

In the premiere of its latest season, SNL saw Ryan Gosling take on the hosting duties for the second time, and presumably, they knew if it was anything like the last time, they'd be onto a victor.

As the episode's digital short begins, we learn that Steven (Gosling) has been haunted by Avatar's use of Papyrus for years. Gosling's well-known tendency to break up on-camera comes back to get him here, but he heroically manages to pull it together and continue the bit.

In this sequel sketch, Kate McKinnon got all up in Gosling's butt like "shoppers storming a Walmart on Black Friday". Ryan Gosling starred in the fake commercial for style-neutral, gender non-conforming denim for a generation that defies labels.

The actress will be accompanied by musical guest and Grammy Award victor Sam Smith. "Just want to know how excited I should be".
