Now we have the very first press renders do the upcoming flagship for. The smartphone is expected to be launched on 22 September in China.
The Huawei Mate 10 comes with a front-mounted fingerprint sensor. Few weeks ago, Huawei's CEO Richard Yu in an interview to Bloomberg said that the upcoming Mate 10 will be giving tough competition to the next-gen iPhone, which is now called as the iPhone X. It was mentioned that Mate 10's improved charging speed, cameras and other features will prove to be a competition for the new iPhone devices. It will be the first Huawei model to include a 2:1 aspect ratio, as well as the first with a two-camera setup on the front and back.
For the uninitiated, Huawei is preparing a trio of Huawei Mate 10 flagships for next month. The phone is available with a fingerprint sensor below the dual rear camera. Last year's Mate 9 (above) featured the Kirin 960 CPU from Huawei, which itself proved no slouch in benchmarking tests.
As far as other specifications are concerned, the device is believed to feature HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage with expandable storage support, dual 12MP rear camera and dual (8MP + 5MP) front camera.
The Huawei Mate 10 is scheduled to be announced on October 16.
Last week Apple had its big unveil at Apple Park where it released three iPhones, however when Apple executive Craig Federighi demonstrated the Face ID feature on the iPhone X, embarrassingly, it did not work.
Consumers will have to hold their breath to determine whether Huawei's next Mate device is worthy of the scorn it has placed on Apple's iPhone X.
