Gurugram: In a incident that is sending shock waives in the country's capital, a student's mutilated body was found in the washroom of a private school in Gurugram, Haryana, on Friday. He was identified as Praddhuman Thakur, a student of Ryan International School, Sohna Road.
"The victim struggled and crawled outside the toilet when a fellow student noticed him in a pool of blood", said Bakshi. They also claimed a knife was found near the body.
Ryan International School is located in Site No. 1, Sector 40 Gurugram.
As soon as the school management found out about the incident, they informed his father, who reached the school immediately. "It is mandatory to have police verification of the staff in the school premises", NCPCR official Priyank Kanoongo told IANS. Varun said that the school called him a while after he dropped Pradhuman to the school and he was asked to come to the hospital, where he found his child dead. However, doctors at the Shanti Gopal Hospital, where Arman had been taken to, pronounced him dead on arrival and a post-mortem revealed an internal head injury as the cause of his death.
The police team, including forensic experts, probing the case collected blood sample and finger prints from the scene.
"We are investigating the case from all angles ... of homicide, enmity and others. Despite all attempts, unfortunately his life couldn't be saved", it said, adding that the school was cooperating with the police. They did not take care of my son.
Just last month, a 10-year-old boy died at the G D Goenka Public School in Indirapuram after he fell off the school building. According to the CCTV footage that was found, Divyansh was seen playing on the school ground, a few minutes before his body was found in a water tank.
Following the incident hundreds of parent have been gathered outside the school allegedly protested against the school management.
