KHON2, a Hawaii-based news outlet was the first to report Guion's arrest.
Guion, who recorded 30 tackles in 15 games last season, has 173 tackles with 8.5 sacks in 110 career contests with the Minnesota Vikings and Packers.
He signed a three-year deal with Green Bay in 2016.
Two years ago, police arrested Guion for marijuana and firearms.
That just wasn't the case.
Packers spokesman Aaron Popkey said in a statement that the team is aware and will refrain from making further comment because it's a legal matter.
He missed the first three games of 2015 because he violated the league's substance abuse policy.
The Packers restructured Guion's contract after the announcement of his second suspension, pushing back several of his roster bonuses into the regular season.
