Cleveland Cavaliers not giving up against Golden State Warriors, says LeBron James

Lue won National Basketball Association titles with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2000 and 2001, a member of the lineup led by Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant. The Warriors previously swept Portland, Utah and San Antonio.

Last year, the Cavaliers went 3-0 SU and ATS when facing elimination to come from behind to defeat the Warriors. It could have been worse: The Cavs missed eight free throws in the quarter. In Game 3, Thompson finished with no points and 3 rebounds in 23 minutes of play.

At one point, it was announced that Golden State's Draymond Green had been given his second technical foul and security came onto the floor to usher the volatile forward to the locker room.

If Cleveland is going to have a chance at turning this thing around in Game 4, they are going to need to figure out ways not to allow slippage when their best players are on the bench.

If that doesn't seem fair, welcome to the Cleveland Cavaliers' NBA Finals experience.

Game 4 has started in Cleveland.

The most insane boast, though, came from Wallace, who declared his 2004 Detroit Pistons would win against Golden State without a problem.

The Cavaliers, who past year made an unprecedented rally from a 3-1 Finals deficit to beat the Warriors, were physical right from the opening tip in what was easily the most emotionally-charged game of the series.

Green told Lowe that after their painful Game 7 loss to the Cavaliers in Oakland past year, Durant was one of the people he called while sitting in the parking lot. At that time, it felt like a title was far away for James.

"Hey, you know you can lose one", Beckham yelled out. "You've got to give credit when credit is due". However, that isn't the only reason that Lebron James' team doesn't stand a chance.

One team is trying to make history, the other desperately hoping to avoid a repeat of it.

"Green was already working on that as he left Oracle Arena after that gutting Game 7 loss".

That is, except for a massive image of the Larry O'Brien Trophy, prominently displayed on the middle of the floor.

Warriors fans can apparently thank Green for the opportunity to watch such greatness. Part of the ticket money is going to charity. Meanwhile, the Cavs are 2-7 ATS in their last nine home games, 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall and 4-9 ATS in their last 13 NBA Championship games. In the postseason, Golden State has outscored its opponents by 227 points when Green has been on the court, giving him the second-best plus/minus on the team, behind Stephen Curry (plus 267).

The Cleveland Cavaliers know something about historic comebacks. The Cavaliers have a generational player, LeBron James, and a supporting cast of stars and they are staring down a sweep of painful proportions. "So we won't be exhausted because we got adrenaline on our side and we got to act like this is a do-or-die situation", Thompson said.Kevin Durant has been nothing short of remarkable in this year's NBA Finals. The Cavs could at least momentarily stall Golden State's momentum, and keep their visitors' locker room dry, by breaking up the Warriors' flawless playoffs with a win Friday. "We set a lot of records since we kind of assembled this team the last couple years".

Teams are 0-126 in those series.

Still, veteran guard Richard Jefferson said following Friday's shootaround the Cavs aren't giving up or giving in.
